The Big Daddy is a large wood fired oven with a massive cooking floor of 800mm by 600 mm and is the ideal partner for a mobile pizza business, based in a horse box, trailer or catering van and can handle 4x 10" pizzas at once.  It's equally at home in a residential garden offering a massive cooking area for the larger families or for entertaining guests.

Handmade here in the UK, and available in either counter top style, with or without adjustable feet, or a a stainless steel stand with wheels and handy side shelves and base storage shelf.  Built to commercial specification with insulated floor and packed with insulation in the dome, this oven gets to temperature quickly and then is very fuel efficient at maintaining your desired cooking temperatures for hours.  The handy temp gauge on the front clearly indicates how hot the oven is.

Available in six stunning colours, the oven is ready to go out of the box and comes with a vented stainless steel door and handles, stainless steel flue and flue rain cowl and a log guard to assist in keep your fire in one position.  The oven floor is made from thick heavy duty ceramic fire bricks which are interchangeable, hard wearing and hold heat for hours.
