So, let's begin:
Balance - The PRO665 has been perfectly balanced with size, performance and control in mind. 5 stainless steel burners give complete heat distribution across the massive cooking grill. This gives the ability to cook various dishes at once with complete confidence.
Control - Used simply, the PRO665 can be manually adjusted in the same way as any of the previous BBQ models. Variable heat control on each burner dial gives perfect heat distribution. When ready, flip the SmartSwitch to Smart Mode for hands-free, precise temperature control. The BBQ will automatically adjust temperature for your cooking needs. Even when the lid is opened, the 665 BBQ will adjust the heat output so there is no need for you to guess the temperature requirements when you close the lid again. This ensures total temperature stability without any fuss.
Control everything on the 17.8cm (7") LCD Screen which gives clear, concise information and easy to use fingertip control.
Connect - Together with the Smart Control, the Prestige PRO Connected BBQ arrives ready to connect directly to the Mobile App. You can monitor everything from here meaning that you are not chained to the BBQ every time you want to cook outdoors. Two wireless probes and three wired probes can be used to give a complete view on what the temperature of everything you are cooking as well as the ambient temperature within the BBQ. The side shelf features 3 ports for use with the included wired probes. The wireless probes can be added separately.
Cooking Styles - The PRO665 BBQ allows you to cook in any style you choose.
Indirect Cooking - Three outer burners knobs on the control panel will flash white, indicating which to turn on. This gives you the ability to roast or smoke.
Direct Cooking - All burner knobs on the control panel will flash white. Sear and grill with ease.
When cooking the control dial lights glow red when turned on. This has now been enhanced so that the central lights on the dial glow red for high heat and soften to an orange hew when the heat is reduced.
Safety - The Smart technology in the Prestige PRO665 Connected Gas BBQ will give you peace of mind when it comes to gas safety. Should the flame go out for any reason, the BBQ the control panel knob lights will flash white. The App will also alert you to tell you the flame has gone out. If the BBQ is not re-lit within 10 seconds, the gas will be shut off.
