• The Kamado Joe Joetisserie for classic series of grills enables you to fit the cast aluminium body into the kamado mouth, with the base and lid creating a seal around the unit to retain the heat and smoke.  The 304 stainless steel spit sits inside the aluminium ring and rotates the meat without and heat escaping.  The inclusive motor can rotate up to 50lb in weight and you can cook your food over a naked flame or use the heat deflectors from the divide and conquer cooking system.  The meats natural juices are retained as it self bastes itself as it turns on the spit.  The Joetisserie is by far and away one of the best accessories you can buy for your kamado as the results it produces are superb.
